I am sending my heartfelt wishes of sympathy for Eris to the family as she was one of those special friends who always had a smile and good things to say to you. We used to always sit together during rehearsals many years ago when singing in the city-wide Messiah every Christmas. Loved her so. But now that loving smile will be spending Christmas with Jesus.

I was so shocked to see in the paper that Eris had passed. I chatted with her a few months ago and she sounder great. Both Bernie and I are so saddened to hear this. We are in Rochester NY and looked forward to stopping by when we visited Hamilton. She was such a great friend to my mother (Katherine Holden). But then she was a great friend to all who knew her. We send our sympathies to you and your family. She will always be with me for all the wonderful things she did for my mother. It's a great loss to all.

Eris was a wonderful and caring mother, grandmother, mother-in-law and friend. She loved her family and friends. So glad she was part of our lives. She will be sorely missed.
