Michael Lee Jr. – age 31 of Fairfield Township, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2017.  He was born July 29, 1986 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Michael Khulenberg Sr.  and Cheryl Metzger.  Michael was a 2005  graduate of Fairfield High School.  He is survived by his parents Michael (Deb) Khulenberg and Cheryl Metzger; brothers Nathan and Jason; Aunt Tina and Uncles Daryl, Mark, Buddy and Danny; grandfather Charles R. Khulenberg and grandmother Barbara Metzger; also survived by multiple cousins, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother Benjamin Khulenberg, grandfather Donald Metzger and grandmother Anna Khulenberg.  Visitation will be Sunday, September 17, 2017 from 5-7 PM at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014.  Funeral service will be 10:00a.m., Monday morning at the funeral home with Pastor Craig Pinley officiating.  Burial immediately following at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the National Kidney Foundation.  Online condolences may be left for the family by visiting www.avancefuneralhome.com
