Ronal E. “Pete”, age 78, of Fairfield passed away on April 13, 2017. He was born on June 14, 1938 in Annville, KY to Lee and Elsie Moore. A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers veteran; Pete served in Korea as a heavy equipment specialist. Once settled in Ohio and beginning his family he traded in his earthmover for a forklift working at Avon for 27 years. All the while Pete followed his true passion of helping people, working with the MENH Ministry in Haiti along side Pastor Thony Paul building churches, schools and bringing countless souls to the Lord. Pete also spent many hours working with pastor Ron Stewart at the New Life Mission delivering food from Jungle Jim’s to those in need. “God has so blessed us with so many wonderful relationships, thank you God for the best life ever.” Ronal is survived by his devoted wife, Linda “Dean” Moore; son, Nathaniel (Elizabeth) Moore; grandsons, Benjamin and Nicholas; brothers in law, Robert (Janet) Dyer and Jim (Joy) Abrams; sister in law, Sue (Delane) Shoemake; nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Sue Abrams. Visitation will be Wednesday April 19th from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Lindenwald Baptist Church, 460 Symmes Rd., Fairfield 45014. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. at the church with Pastor Tyler Green officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park with Military Honors.
