Samantha Jo, age 28, of Fairfield passed away on July 17, 2017. She was born on October 6, 1988 in Cincinnati to John Hicks Jr. and Michele Simpson. Samantha was a 2007 graduate of Fairfield High School.

Samantha is survived by her mother and step father, Michele and Kelly Simpson; father, John Hicks Jr.; sister, Sierra Simpson; grandparents, Barbara Bingham and Morris (Bonnie) Simpson; uncle, Mike (Shanna) Spahn; and family and friends too numerous to mention. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Al and Dolores Hicks.

Visitation will be Friday, July 21, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014.
