Age 79 of Fairfield passed away at Mercy Fairfield Hospital Saturday March 30, 2024.  He was born June 7, 1944, in Circleville, Ohio.  Bob graduated from Pleasant View High School.  Bob honorably served his country in the Navy.  Following his military service, he pursued a career with Time Warner.  Those who knew Bob will remember him for his kind and generous spirit and reading his Bible daily.  Bob loved to play Santa Claus for Christmas for the kids.  He was involved with the men’s church group.  He loved to play with his ham radio, any chance he got.  Bob is survived by his siblings, Sam (Trudy) Clapper, Steve (Barb) Clapper;  Nieces Cyndie, Kim and Nephews Brad and Jason.  Bob was preceded in death by: Father Wilbur Clapper, Mother Mildred Clapper and brother Terry Milliner.  In honoring Bob’s memory, visitation will be held on Monday April 8th from 10:00am to 12:00pm.  Funeral service will follow at 12:00pm at The Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd.
