STETTENBENZ, Carolyn (nee Cornell)

Age 74, of Fairfield passed away on August 6, 2018 .  She was born May 20, 1944 in Hornell, NY to the late Robert and Marjorie (Davis) Cornell of Andover, NY.  She was a Registered Nurse who touched many people along her journey, with her caring personality.  She will be sorely missed.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her adoring husband, Paul Stettenbenz in 1999; her parents; and 2 precious grandchildren.  

She leaves behind her loving daughters, Amy (Dr. Charles) Debbane of Hamilton, OH and Karen (David) Brannon of Tallahassee, FL; grandchildren, Kayla, Anne, Katie and Elizabeth Debbane, and Kellie and Kristen Brannon; siblings, Marilyn (Clair) Updyke, Robert M. (Linda) Cornell and Billy D. Cornell.

Greeting of Friends will be 10:30 a.m. – until time of Memorial Mass (11 a.m.), Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 12191 Mill Rd., Cinti, OH   45240, with Father Kyle Schnippel, Celebrant.  Mass will be followed by a luncheon.  Carolyn will be laid to rest next to husband, Paul at a later date in Andover, NY.  Memorials may be made to Mercy Hospital (c/o of Nursing Scholarship and/or Education).  Condolences may be offered to the family by visiting  www.avancefuneralhome.com
