Gina Renee (Lewis) Fields

Gina Renee (nee Lewis) – age 56 of Fairfield Township passed away on Friday, May 05, 2017.  She was born April 26, 1961 in Hamilton, Ohio to Lonnie and Mabel Lewis (nee Spurlock).  On June 23, 1979 in Hamilton, Ohio she married her husband of 37 years, Billy Fields.  

Gina is survived by her husband Billy; her children Kevin Fields and Miranda (John) Barger; her parents Lonnie and Mabel Lewis; brother Brett (Michele) Lewis; grandchildren Owen, Sydney, Raylan, and one grandchild on the way; also survived by numerous family, friends,nieces and nephews.  

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 from 11a.m.- 1 p.m.at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, Ohio, 45014.  Funeral service will begin at 1p.m.  Entombment immediately following at Rose Hill Burial Park in Hamilton.
