I owe a lot to Jim. I have known him since I was a teenager growing up in Forest Park. He always had time to talk to me. I was so impressed with him that I too wanted to become a police officer. Then in 1975 at the age of 21yrs, he hired me as a police officer where I served the people of Forest Park for 36 years. What a GREAT man. RIP Jim,
