Jeffrey Raymond, age 56, of Fairfield passed away on September 21, 2018. He was born on November 19, 1961 in Hamilton to Jack and Donna Hart. Jeff attended Fairfield High School and played on the Fairfield Varsity baseball team. He loved sports and was a big Cincinnati Reds fan. Jeff especially enjoyed fishing with his best friend, Frank Hauser.
Jeff is survived by his mother, Donna; sisters, Robyn Hart and Karla Wittrock; nephews, Dr. Andrew Kalthoff and Christopher Kalthoff; nieces, Jenna Kalthoff and Cory Hart. He is preceded in death by his father, Jack Hart; grandparents, Ray and Margaret Hart and Donald and Ina Lutes.
Visitation will be Wednesday September 26, 2018 from 12-1 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield 45014. Funeral service will follow with Pastor Brian Schreiber officiating.
