Fern Baumann
July 5, 1937 — August 23, 2005
Fern D. "Deb" Baumann, age 68 of Fairfield Township passed away Tuesday August 23, 2005 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. She was born July 5, 1937 in Bryant, IL, the daughter of Joe and Edna (Wilcoxen) Zaborac. On August 17, 1957 she married Lawrence Baumann in Peoria, IL. Deb was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Lawrence Baumann; children, Lawra, Thomas (Teresa), Karl (Marcia), Michael (Laura Trevino), Mark (Kimberly), Karin (Chad Creekmore); 5 grandchildren; and sister, Wilma Ciabattoni. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Friday August 26, 2005 at the Sacred Heart Church, 400 Nilles Rd., Fairfield with Father Norman Langenbrunner, Celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Stephen Cemetery in Hamilton. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday August 25 with Rosary Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m., at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield.
