Age 62 of Cincinnati passed March 26. Loving husband of
41 years to Adrianne (nee Dornhorst); beloved father of Michael (Lori) Cornell and Cherie (Thomas) Campbell; devoted grandfather of Jackson and Daniel Cornell; dedicated brother of Roberta (Bobbie) Smith and Linda Cornell. He enjoyed his time traveling and enjoying life with his family.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. - until time of service (3 p.m.), Friday, April 1, 2011 at Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Donations may be made in Jack's name to Juvenile Diabetes Association. Condolences may be offered at avancefuneralhome.com.
