Kathryn I. (Eckhardt) Chambers

CHAMBERS

Kathryn I., age 93, of Hamilton passed away on October 13, 2019. She was born on November 13, 1925 in Preble County, Ohio to the late Charles and Sarah Eckhardt. On February 10, 1949 she married Raymond Chambers; he preceded her in death on September 18, 2015. Kathyrn is survived by her children, Dale (Patty) Chambers and Cheryl (John) Motzer; grandchildren, Mandy Chaney, Sara (Chris) Owens, and Christie Driscoll; great grandchildren, Alexxys (Anna) Foster, Mychaela Adkison, Noelle (Ernie Jr.) Spencer, Sydney Wilson, Cooper Chaney, and Cameron Chaney; great great grandson, Ernie Spencer III; brother, Jacob Eckhardt; numerous other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and siblings, Esther Henning, Mary Stam, Ruth Richardson, Clara (Babe) Richardson, Charles Eckhardt, Richard Eckhardt, and George Eckhardt. Kathryn attended the First Baptist Church of Hamilton and served as a Deaconess. She spent her entire life as a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family; especially her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and new great great grandson.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield 45014. Funeral service will begin at 12 p.m. with Dr. Dan Clemens officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
