Patricia Marie (nee Sinchek) passed away at her residence on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at the age of 55. She was born June 19, 1958 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Bernard and Kathleen Sinchek. On November 21, 1998 she married her husband, James Fatheree. She was a 6th grade teacher at Colerain Middle School for 18 years. She was very active with church, a dedicated wife and mother, and enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
She is survived by her husband James Fatheree; her children J. Brandon Knab, Kristy (Ross) Crouse, Sarah Knab, Amanda Knab, Megan Fatheree and Stephanie (Greg) Wright; her brothers Steve (Lisa) Sinchek, Andy (Roxann) Sinchek, Joe Sinchek, Mike (Teresa) Sinchek and her sister Cathy (Jim) Sinchek - Wilch; her grandchildren Cameryn Lipscomb, McKenna Crouse, Joshua Crouse and Lyla Wright.
Visitation will be Monday morning August 12, 2013 from 10-1130AM at the Chapel at the Vineyard Church of Cincinnati, 11340 Century Circle East, Cinti 45246 with services following. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Donations may be sent to World Vision. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.avancefuneralhome.com
