WELLAND

William F. "Bill" age 84 of Fairfield passed away on May 23, 2012. He is the beloved husband of Arlene (nee Prather); dear father of Jim (Faith) Welland and Cheri Welland; grandfather of Nicholas and Katherine Welland, Valerie (Chris) Sellman, Ryan Combes, and Brittany (Chris)Doran; great grandfather of Cade. He is also survived by his brother, Thomas Welland; sisters, Jean Shannon and Elaine Smith; brother in law, Lee (Karen) Prather; sisters in law, Barbara (Bruce Henderson) Jarvis and Henrietta (Mahar) Swellam. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Lillian; his brothers in law, Robert Smith and Bill Shannon.

A Memorial Gathering of family and friends will be Saturday June 9, 2012 from 4-6 p.m. with Military Honors and Scottish Rite services at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory 4976 Winton Rd.
