Adrian Lee, age 27, of Fairfield passed away on August 26, 2016. He was born on July 6, 1989 in Anaheim, CA.
He is survived by his parents, Heather Swartz and Don (Amy Woodward) Hatmaker; grandparents, Katherine and Raymond Griffin and Don and Sherryl Hatmaker; siblings, Amanda, Elijah, Aaliyah, Jay, Ashton, David, Donnie, Ricky, and Jazmin. Adrian is also survived by other family and friends.
