Agnes L. Rose
January 22, 1925 — April 17, 2005
Agnes L. Rose, age 80 of Hamilton passed away Sunday April 17, 2005 at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born January 22, 1925 in Mt. Orab, OH, the daughter of Ellis and Clarice (Young) Wallace. Agnes worked as an Accountant for Champion Papers and retired after 38 years of service. She was a member of Richmond Road Baptist Church. Agnes enjoyed nothing more than being surrounded by her family. In her later years she loved to read, and spend time with her long-time friend.
She is survived by her daughter, Paula (Don) Wardlow; brothers, Ralph (Lois) Wallace, and Marion (Kay) Wallace; sister, Linda (John) Neal; grandchildren, Jeneal, Shonna, Daniel, Mark, Robin, Shane, and Kristy; 16 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. Agnes was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sons, Dennis and Neal Rose.
Funeral services will be 12 noon, Wednesday April 20, 2005 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield with Pastor Paul Tillett officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will also be Wednesday from 10 a.m. - until time of service at the funeral home.
