Albert James Dickerscheid

Age 90 of Hamilton passed away Thursday, March 15, 2007 at Vitas Hospice-Ft. Hamilton. He was born February 6, 1917 in Hamilton, OH, the son of Albert and Hallie (Mains) Dickerscheid. On May 11, 1945 he married Eileen Shepard in Hamilton. Albert worked as a Maintenance Foreman for Champion International Papers, retiring in 1982. He was a member of VFW Post #1069 and the Park Avenue United Methodist Church.

Albert is survived by his son, Dennis (Shirley) Dickerscheid; brothers, Herman Dickerscheid, Richard (Betty) Dickerscheid, Robert (Betty) Dickerscheid and Harold (Jean) Dickerscheid; sisters, Betty (Eugene) Weber, Mary (Jim) Casey, Hallie (Herman) Marcum and Deanna Dickerscheid; grandchildren, Denise R. (Tony) Clark and Donald Dickerscheid. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Eileen Dickerscheid; sisters Margaret Dickerscheid, Edna Stang, and Norma Mays.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, March 19, 2007 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield with Pastor John Eshelman officiating.
