Andrew “Andy” J., age 31, of Indianapolis, passed away with his family by his side, Tuesday, July 26, 2016. He was born July 6, 1985 in Cincinnati, the son of John and Anne (Shadley) Sedlacek.
Andy was a 2004 graduate of Badin High School, where he played football and swimming. In 2008, he graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in business management. Andy was currently a sales representative at Veritiv.
He is survived by his parents, John and Anne Sedlacek; sisters, Tracy Sedlacek and Reba (Kaleb) Thompson; brothers, John (Jen) Sedlacek, Brad Sedlacek (Torie McLain); grandma, Betty Shadley of Cincinnati; nephews, John, Jack and Howie; nieces, Jenna and Savannah; and many more family and close friends.
Andy will always be remembered for his tender heart, ability to make others laugh, contagious energy and love for dogs.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 1, 2016 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 12191 Mill Rd., Cinti, OH 45240 with Fr. Kyle Schnippel, Celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Hamilton. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Sunday, July 31 at the Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014.
