Anna Ernest, age 58, of Fairfield, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2004 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. She was born June 12, 1946 in Germany, the daughter of Jakob and Inge (Gruten) Oberdoerfer.
She is survived by her sons, Brian (Tracy) Ernest of Hamilton and Chris Ernest of San Antonio, TX; daughter, Angie (Marty) Powers of Fairfield; grandchildren, Cole Ernest, Marty Powers Jr. and Maria Powers, as well as Godchildren, Kevin and Becky Gipperich. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Ericka Gipperich.
Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 5, 2004 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory with David Hargrave officiating. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, October 4, 2004 at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.avancefuneralhome.com
