Anthony T. Balchunas
December 29, 1957 — January 2, 2004
Anthony Balchunas, age 46, of Fairfield passed away on Friday, January 2, 2004 at the Community Multicare Center. He was born in New York on December 29, 1957, the son of Charles and Antoinette (Lungaro) Balchunas. Anthony served in the Army from 1976 to 1978. On July 29, 1978 he was married to Kathy (Ansell) in Clarksville, TN. He worked for Proctor & Gamble as a Research Chemist.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy, his children: Cindy (Ryan) Day, Allison Balchunas and Michael Balchunas, grandson, Sage, his parents, two brothers: Charles & Victor Balchunas, four sisters: Adele Passarelli, Arlene Baldwin, Vincenza Wern and Joyce Raider, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, January 5, 2004 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Cremation will follow.
