Of Cincinnati, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2009, after a long illness. He was born November 5, 1967, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Tony is survived by his loving mother, Ellen Foy; children, Heather (Foy) Winch, Kim Foy and Nicole Foy; 3 grandchildren and one on the way. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be private at the families' request.
