Anthony "Tony" Wayne, age 36, of Middletown passed away on May 15, 2018. He was born on January 18, 1982. Tony is survived by his beloved wife, Michelle Rush; children, Anthony Wayne Rush Jr., Dominique Joseph Wayne Rush, and Alexis Dawn Hall; mother, Tamie Ann Jones; siblings, Elijah Doss, Seth Doss, Lori Perkins, Sarah Phillips, Heather Rush, and Cameron Rush; and numerous other family members.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 5-6 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield 45014. A memorial service will begin at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
Contributions may be given to Go Fund Me/ Rush Children Fund to benefit the children.
