Artie M. Pierson

Age 88 of Mt. Healthy passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born December 12, 1918 in Muddy Branch, KY, the daughter of Archie and Pearl (Ramey)DeBold. On June 26, 1936, she married Robert Allen Pierson in Huntington, WVA. Artie was a member of the Jamestown Church of Christ.

She is survived by her children, Larry D. (Ruth Ann) Pierson, Rose Marie (Mick) Reed and Mary Frances (John) Stacy; sisters, Jessie Greene and Blanche Pence; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Artie was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Edward DeBold; and sisters, Nellie Hilscher and Louella Kuntz.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. - until time of service (7 p.m.), Thursday, March 1, 2007 at Fairfield Church of Christ, 745 Symmes Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Another visitation will be 10 a.m. - until time of service (11 a.m.), Friday, March 2, 2007 at Jamestown Church of Christ 152 W. Washington St. / Old St. Rt. 35, Jamestown, OH 45335. Burial will take place at Jamestown Cemetery (New). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 633597, Cinti, OH 45263.
