Barbara Jean (nee Spivey) – age 76 of Trenton passed away on Monday, May 9, 2016. She was born November 27, 1939 in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Robert and Clara Spivey (nee Conley). On April 4, 1957 she married Charles Lewis. In 2000, she retired from Ohio Casualty Group after 44 years of employment. She is survived by her husband Charles; children Zachary Lewis, Jeffrey (Sandra) Lewis and Pamela (Rick) Bayne; brothers Buddy, Jimmy, Bobby, and sister Jackie; grandchildren Jeffrey, Megan, Jason, Jacob, Barbara and great-grandchildren Hailey, Collin, Bobby, Izabelle, Kali, Morgan and Daniel; also survived by numerous family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Millard and sister Caroline. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
