Betty Joyce (nee Pelfrey) – age 69 of Fairfield passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016. She was born May 24, 1947 in Lexington, KY to the late Sam H. Pelfrey Sr. and Mary Francis Pelfrey (nee Lakes). Betty is survived by her daughter Michelle French; brothers Sam (Laura) Pelfrey, Allen Pelfrey, Walter Pelfrey, Jim Pelfrey and Richard Pelfrey; her granddaughter Cheyenne Boyers; also survived by numerous family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank Boyers; her son Kevin Boyers and many brothers and sisters. A graveside burial of cremains will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 1PM at the Alexandria Cemetery, 7 Spillman Dr., Alexandria, KY 41001.
