Betty Sibert

Betty Sibert age 78 of Fairfield passed away Tuesday July 5, 2005 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. She was born September 18, 1926 in Hamilton, the daughter of Harvey and Nancy (Land) Mobley. Betty was a 1946 graduate with a cosmetology degree from O.S. & S.O. (Ohio Soldiers and Sailors Orphanage Home) in Xenia, OH. On September 20, 1947 she married Bonnie Sibert in Liberty, IN. Betty was a member of the First Church of God.

She is survived by her husband Bonnie Sibert; children, Bob (Linda) Sibert, Melonie (Chuck) Burns, and Valorie (Mike) Tiernan; sister, Mary "Dotty" (Gary) Palmatier; grandchildren Michael Sibert , Bobby Sibert, Trinity Burns, Jacinda Burns, Charley Burns, III, Erin Tiernan, Evan Tiernan; great-grandchildren, Taylor Sibert, Brandon Sibert, Stee'sha Burns, and Seth Burns McKnight. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bob Mobley; and special aunt, Rosella Land.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday July 9, 2005 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield with Pastor Ron Kulp officiating.
