SIBERT, Bonnie Marvin

Age 86 of Sommerville, OH formerly of Fairfield passed away Saturday, March 26, 2011 at Woodland Country Manor. He was born November 20, 1924 in Richmond, KY, the son of Jim and Mary (Craft) Sibert. On September 20, 1947 Bonnie married Betty Jean Moberley in Oxford, OH. He served his Country in the US Navy and later retired from Fisher Body. Bonnie was a member of the Monkeys Mutual Aid Society and loved to play golf with his friends at Potter's and Twin Run, especially Gary.

He leaves behind his children, Bob (Linda) Sibert, Melanie (Chuck) Burns, and Valorie (Mike) Tiernan; siblings, Edna Hillard, Gene Sibert, Henrietta Bowling, Claude (Billie) Sibert, Evilee (Jeff) Jeffers, and Willie (Earl) Drenthlaw; grandchildren, Erin (Jeff) Waters, Michael Sibert, Bobby Sibert, Trinity Burns, Jacinda Burns and Charley Burns, III; great-grandchildren, Taylor Sibert, Brandon Sibert and London Sibert, and Steesha Burns, Seth Burns, Delilah Wisor and Charley Burns IV; and sister-in-law, Mary (Gary) Palmatier. Bonnie was preceded in death by his parents; wife; brothers, Cecil, John, and Billie Sibert; grandson, Evan Tiernan; and brothers and sisters-in law, Alvin Hilliard, Romilda Sibert and Clay Bowling.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Woodland Country Manor, especially Eric and Vitas Hospice for all of their care and support.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, March 31, 2011 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
