Brian Lee Hasseman

Brian Hasseman – Age 81 of Fairfield, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2026. He was born June 21, 1944 in Canton, Ohio, the son of the late Carl and Louava Hasseman (Coe). On December 19, 1965 in North Canton, Ohio, Brian married Janice Hasseman (Sayre). Brian worked as a Teacher and Guidance Counselor for Fairfield City School District. He is survived by his children Brent (Cynthia) Hasseman and Traci Hasseman; sister Laura (Werner) Sonntag; grandchildren Bennett (Kristen), Cyara (Liz), Alexia (Jon), Brent, Marissa (Liam) and great-grandchildren Laurel, Iris, Kyler and one on the way. Also survived by numerous family and friends.  Brian is preceded in death by his wife Janice, his brother Gary (Linda) and his sister Paulette (Todd). As a lifelong golfer, Brian would appreciate memorial contributions being sent to PGA Hope to help support disabled veterans pursue their love of the game of golf.
