Byron "Dale" Guynes

Byron “Dale”, age 60, of Hamilton passed away on March 18, 2018. He was born on December 5, 1957 in Hardin County, Kentucky to the late Hugh and Jessie Guynes. On July 25, 1992 he married his beloved wife, Teri Severance.

Dale is survived by his wife Teri; children, Byron Dale (Monica) Guynes II, Tabitha Renee Guynes, and Tia (Matt) Durbin; 7 grandchildren; siblings, Wanda Spurlock, Hugh Guynes, and Marlene Guynes.

He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1977-1981 attaining the rank of Sergeant. Dale was a Mason and a past Patron of the Eastern Star. In November of 1998 he joined the United States Post Office as a letter carrier. Dale was also a member of the National Letter Carriers Union. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hamilton where he also served as a Deacon.

Visitation will be Wednesday March 21, 2018 from 4-7 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, 45014. Funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Clemens officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given to First Baptist Church of Hamilton.
