Carol Rahina Martin

Carol Rahina Martin, age 33 passed away on March 1,2012.

When Carol came into this world she was Daddy's little ray of sunshine and a joy to all. She loved life and family, she enjoyed music, dancing, and most of all shopping. She believed you could never have too many shoes and purses. She had a passion for art, painting, and sketching. She designed posters for conventions. She was currently writing and illustrating a children's book. She was a member of the American Pool Players Association with the team Mommas' Misfits.

Carol is survived by her mother, Stephanie R. (nee Giani)(Jack)Baker, her father James Philip Stephen (Luann Schnapp) Martin; sister Sherri Lynn (Jeff Meyers) Martin; brother, Richard Patrick Martin; her sons Matthew Allen Smith, Lance and Dustin; grandmothers, Carol R Warner Giani and Dolly Jeanette Metcalf Martin. She is also survived by 5 step-brothers, and numerous family and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Bret Martin; grandparents, Marion "Curly" Giani, Rev. Jesse J. Martin, Alma Ruth Baker, and David Patrick Martin.

Memorial services will be Monday, April 2, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Hamilton Assembly of God, 1940 West Elkton Rd., New Miami 45013. Rev. Larry Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Flats Cemetery.
