Catherine June Whalen

Catherine June Whalen, of Cincinnati, was called home to be with her heavenly family. She was the youngest of four, Born to Paul Dean DeNoma and Belva Cinda (Baker) DeNoma, who preceded in death along with her brother Harold DeNoma her sister Wanda Lenhof and one grandson Joshua Whalen; her sister Betty Dearinger survives her. Her four children and their spouses; Randy (Pamela) Whalen. Tina Wittkamp, Mark (Theresa) Whalen, and Jeffery (Pamela) Whalen will greatly miss her. As will her eight (8) grandchildren and her eight (8) great-grandchildren.

While she was with us, she met and befriended many people, and those who had the honor to know her, have been touched by her good will and compassion for others. She is and always will be one of Gods angels sent to us. A "Memory of Life" Wake will be held at a later day, according to Catherine's wishes.

She also had a deep compassion for animals and the environment, and gave support to those organizations that would protect the health and safety of animals that were abused or endangered. So in lieu of flowers, it was Catherine's wish that any memorials be made to Animal Welfare and Rescue organizations in this area.
