Charles “Scott” Holzinger, age 55 of Hamilton passed away Monday December 16, 2024, peacefully in his sleep. He was born August 18, 1969, in Hamilton the son of Ken and Judy (nee Koehler) Holzinger. Scott graduated from Hamilton High School in 1987, he then joined the United States Air Force in 1989, retiring as a Master Sergeant in 2011, serving in the Global War on Terrorism, as a Combat Control School Trainer. Most recently Scott was employed with Samsonite as a sales associate. Scott had a passion for music and playing pool. He was always willing to help anyone, and his generosity will never be forgotten.

Scott leaves behind his parents Ken and Judy Holzinger, sibling Amy (nee Holzinger) Gadd, children Josh, Hannah, Noah, and Aaron Holzinger, grandmother Lois Koehler, niece Layla Gadd, Aunt and Uncle Jan (nee Koehler) and Bennett Richardson, his beloved cat Angus, and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. He is preceded in death by his sister Tara Holzinger, great-grandparents Wilmer and Dena Marsh, grandparents Andrew and Margaret Holzinger and William Koehler.

Family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
