Charles William Lower

LOWER Charles William – age 66 of Fairfield passed away on Friday, March 13, 2015. He was born January 19, 1949 in Batesville, IN to the late William and Irmina Lower. On November 21, 1970 he married his wife, Elizabeth Lower (nee Kuebler). He was a US Army veteran, a member of Hanselmann Lodge No. 208 F&AM, enjoyed drums and building drum sets and was active with the Boy Scouts of America. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth; daughters Katherine (Ryan) Mizuhara and Rebecca “Becca” Lower; granddaughter Amber Elizabeth Mizuhara; sisters Ina (Harold) Stork and Carolyn Lainhart; sister in laws Kate (Gary) Schaber, Scott (Richard) Sponder, Carla Kuebler, Carol Lower and brother in law Clarke (Sue) Kuebler; He is preceded in death by his brother Carl M. Lower and brother in law Chris Kuebler. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 11am at St. Marks United Methodist Church, 4601 Fairfield Ave., Fairfield, 45014 with Pastor Tammy Jo Reiser officiating. Visitation will be from 1030am until time of service. A luncheon will immediately follow at the church.
