Charles Ivan Scheid, age 64, of Cincinnati, OH died Saturday, October 1. Chuck is survived by his mother, Thea Zenni, Cincinnati, his daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Ted Crouch, Roanoke, VA, his son, Mark Scheid, Laguna Beach, CA, his daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Mark Welhaf, Tampa, FL. He loved dearly and was very proud of his four surviving grandchildren, Jonathan and Megan Gordon, Sam LoDebole, and William Luke Welhaf. He is also survived by his dear and loving friend of 20 years, Judy Watkins and their daughters and son, Lynn Smith, Teresa and Joey Watkins and his brothers and sisters Phyllis Smith, Joe Scheid, Regina Conley, Beverly Frederick, and Tom Scheid. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm (today), Tuesday at Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Burial services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, at Glen Haven Cemetery in Harrison, OH. Condolences may be sent at www.avancefuneralhome.com.
