Charlotte Sue (Wilson) Buschelmann

Charlotte S. Buschelmann – of Fairfield, Ohio passed away September 16, 2021, surrounded by her loving Husband, Son, Daughter, and Daughter-in-law.  Charlotte was born on August 22, 1949, in Hamilton, OH to the late Betty and Harold Wilson.  She was preceded in death by her sisters, Patricia Wilson Layer and Barbara Wilson.

She married the love of her life and best friend on May 9, 1969.  Charlotte enjoyed 52 years of marriage to her devoted husband Mark, and she spent her life caring for her children.  She was a diehard Cincinnati Reds fan, enjoyed watching golf, cheered for Phil Michelson, and liked to watch Bearcat basketball.  One of her greatest joys was attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and performances with her Husband.  She loved spending time with her son and Daughter-in-Law in many of the various cities they've lived in over the years.

She had a smile that could warm your heart and was straight forward and honest like Nathanael from John 1:47. You always knew what she was thinking and with her there was no deceit.  You could tell by her actions that she loved Jesus, her husband, her family, and friends.  That is how she would want to most be remembered, but most of all she was a gentle soul who cared for everyone.

Charlotte will be deeply missed by her Husband Mark Buschelmann, her son Jeff Buschelmann, her daughter Jennifer Buschelmann Leugers, her grandchildren Ray, Adam, Abby, and Emily Leugers, her Son-In-Law Raymond Leugers, Daughter-In-Law Angela Madden Buschelmann, her Sisters-In-Law Lori Buschelmann Godby, Carol Buschelmann,  Joann Buschelmann, and Bobbie Buschelmann; her Brothers-In-Law Alan Godby, Frank Buschelmann, and Earl Buschelmann, her nieces  Erin Godby Steep, Emma Godby Van Dillen, Ann Buschelmann Simpson, and their families as well as many other nieces and nephews.  Among others she will be missed and thought of often by Lori Horne, a very special neighbor and friend for many years.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 22, 2021, from 12:30 PM until time of service 1:30 PM at Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Road, Fairfield, OH, 45014.  Burial to follow immediately after at Crown Hill Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers please send donations to Hospice of Cincinnati.
