Charlotte C., age 91, of Ross Township passed away on October 3, 2020. She was born on April 1, 1929 in Pax, West Virginia to the late Charles and Clara Blake. On March 16, 1949 she married William F. Severance Sr., he preceded her in death in 1975.

Charlotte is survived by her children, Teri Guynes and Dona (Larry) Shockley; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren; brother in law, Walter E. (Brenda) Severance; numerous other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, William F. Severance Jr.; and her daughter, Eva Severance.
