Chelsea Marie,"Sis" age 15 of Fairfield passed away on April 16, 2012. Chelsea is the adored daughter of Vicki (Monty Applegate) Fible; much loved sister of Brian Fible and step sister of Monty Applegate Jr.; dear grandaughter of Phil and Donna Johnson. She is also survived by her great grandfather Jim Fields and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Monday April 23, 2012 from 10:30- 12:30 at Fairfield West Baptist Church, 5345 Muskopf Rd., Fairfield, Ohio 45014. Funeral Services at 12:30 p.m. at the church with Pastor Rob Rosenbalm officiating.
