TAPHORN, Cindy K.
age 55 of Cincinnati, OH passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Mercy Hospital West. She was born April 14, 1959 in Cincinnati, the daughter of Richard and Phyllis (Warner) Frankenstein. On May 27, 1995 she married Anthony "Tony" Taphorn in Delhi. Cindy worked as a Social Worker, touching many lives, most recently for the Hillebrand Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She will sadly missed by all who knew her.
Cindy leaves behind her loving husband, Tony Taphorn; son, Jacob Aufdenkamp; parents, Richard and Phyllis Frankenstein; Gregg (Joyce), Darle, Jacob and Stefanie Frankenstein; numerous family members and countless friends.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m., Monday, September 8, 2014 at the Hillebrand Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Chapel, 4320 Bridgetown Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45211 with gathering to follow.
