Clayton D., age 76, of Fairfield passed away on January 24, 2017 at Mercy Fairfield. Clayton was born on April 2, 1940 in Holland, MI to the late Donald and Marion Rice. He and his wife Debbie are the owner’s of Syndi’s Saloon in Forest Park.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Debbie; devoted daughters, Donna (Gary) Lang and Debbie Rice of Beaufort, SC; step daughter, Jodi Rolfes; dear grandchildren, Amber (Scott) Gable, Tabitha Eaves, and Sydni Rolfes; and great grandchildren, Madison, Sheffield, Alexis, Mason, and Carter. Clayton is also survived by his siblings, Jerry (Linda) Rice and Susie Livingston; brothers and sister in law, Phil (Lois)Gallenstein, Phyllis Simmons, Pat (Debbie) Gallenstein, and Joe (Shirley) Gallenstein.
A Celebration of Clayton’s Life will be held at Sydni’s Saloon, 1112 Kemper Meadow, Forest Park 45240 on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 2 p.m. Condolences may be offered at www.avancefuneralhome.com
