Clayton M. Weaver went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday December 23, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, generosity, faith, and unwavering love for family and community. Clayton’s life was defined by his quiet strength and willingness to help others. He remained active, serving others until the very day he passed, and it is fitting that he left this world while helping someone else, just as he had lived. Clayton was born on December 11, 1944, to Ernest and Laura Weaver in London Kentucky. He moved to Hamilton, Ohio in 1960 where he lived a full and meaningful life. Clayton was the owner and operator of Clayton Weaver Trucking, Inc., and took great pride in honest work, providing for his family, and serving his community. Clayton was first married to his beloved wife, Brenda Spurlock, sharing 48 wonderful years of marriage until her passing. He later found love and companionship with Annette Borst, with whom he shared the rest of his years. Through this marriage, Clayton lovingly embraced her children and grandchildren as his own and was cherished by all as a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Annette Weaver; his sons, Kelly Weaver (Melissa) and Jerry Weaver (Connie); his daughter-in-law, Becky Weaver; his step-children Lisa Roe (Scott), Saundra Kelly (Timothy), Keith Borst (Jackie); grandchildren: Alissa Weaver (Lee), Amber Ware (Daniel), Ashley White (Matt), Anthony Weaver, Brittany Brewer (Jeremy), and Chelsey Templin (Brannon); numerous step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. His legacy lives on in the family he loved so deeply and the many people who were better for having known him. He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Laura Weaver; his first wife, Brenda Weaver; his son, Doyle Wayne Weaver; his sisters, Ona Faye Weaver, Axie Mae Weaver; and his brother, Callie Weaver. Visitation will be Friday January 2, 2026, from 5:00 – 8:00pm. Funeral Service will be Saturday January 3, 2026, at 10:00am at Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Rd.
