MITCHELL
Clyde E., "Sonny" "Jim", age 73 passed away on December 10, 2012. He is the beloved husband of Jeanne (Nee Stollner); much loved father of Scot (Lee Ann) Mitchell, Diana Mitchell, Jill Mitchell; stepfather of, Steve Krier, Linda Paul, and Scott (Jenny) Krier; devoted grandfather of Laura Krier, Eric Paul, Sean McKeehan,Adam Krier, Kyle Mitchell,Tyler McKeehan, BreAnn Krier, Katie Krier,Evan Mitchell, Joshua Krier Madison Mitchell, Taylor Mitchell, and Ethan Krier; loving brother of Connie Schalk and Shirley Sowers. He is also survived by his sister in law Joanne (Ray) Lutz and his brother in law David Carpenter; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Elliot and Ina Marie (nee Houston) Mitchell; his siblings, Maxine Philpot, Charlotte Layman, and Thomas Mitchell; his sister in law Delores Carpenter.
Visitation will be Thursday December 13, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014. Memorial service will begin at 7 p.m.
