RN and avid golfer, resided in West Chester passed on Sunday, Oct. 19. Loving daughter of the late Jose and Josephina Martinez; Loving mother of Steven Tartar, Jennifer (John) Kohorst and Jana (Jackson) Hamlin; devoted sister of Erma Alvarez, Eva Subia, and Esperanza Hernandez; beloved grandmother of Jacquelin Kohorst and Zachary Hamlin; aunt to many nieces and nephews in AZ, NV, and CA.
Visitation: 10 am until service (11 am), Thursday, Oct. 23 at Tri- County Assembly, 7350 Dixie Hwy., Fairfield. Memorials: Hospice of SW Ohio or Alzheimer's Association. Condolences: avancefuneralhome.com.
