Cordell “Pete” – age 85 of Hamilton passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2015. He was born December 16, 1929 in McKee, Kentucky to the late Sam and Fannie Boggs (nee Gabbard). On September 1, 1961 he married his wife Beulah Clemmons (nee Flynn), who preceded him in death in November of 1997. Pete was a retiree of Mosler Safe Company in Hamilton, enjoyed playing golf, and was actively involved in church. He is survived by his son Ted (Phyllis) Flynn, daughter Lois Wolfe, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family. He is preceded in death by his wife and two sons, Donald and Robert Van Cleves. A funeral service will be held Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 12 Noon at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, 45014, with visitation from 10AM until time of service.
