Courtney Elizabeth Sebastian, 3 month old, of Hamilton passed away Monday, May 17, 2004 at the Fort Hamilton Hospital. She was born February 15, 2004 in Hamilton, the daughter of Joshua and Jamie (Strebe) Sebastian.
She is survived by her parents; brothers, Joshua and Luke Sebastian; paternal grandparents, Mike Sebastian and Sharon Baldwin; and maternal grandparents, Floyd and Marjorie Strebe; aunts, Michelle and Erica; and uncles, Toby, Ben and Michael.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday May 21, 2004 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will also be Friday from 10 a.m. - until the time of service at the funeral home. The family will accept condolences at www.avancefuneralhome.com.
