O'BANION

David "Big Dave" age 73 of Fairfield passed away suddenly on December 26, 2012 at his home. He is the beloved husband of Sharon (nee Dunbar) O'Banion; loving father of Mary Ann (Willie) Davis; dear brother of Donna (Jerry) Bullock; uncle of Vanessa Polaine and Tina Wright. David is also survived by his mother in law, Ruth Dunbar; sisters in law, Barbara King and Debbie Welch; brothers in law Mike Dunbar and Dennis Dunbar; many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Lillian O'Banion; his son Ronald Dyer; and his sister Willie Hamad.

"Big Dave" worked for Tru-Wall Concrete in Evendale as a crane operator for 55 years. He was mentioned in a 2007 Enquirer about older workers and stated how much he loved his job. He worked until the day of his death.
