Deborah is survived by her loving husband, Ronald McCoy; children, Daniel (Christy) McCoy, Mindy Roberts, Carmen Nichols, and Christina (Kevin) Hawkins; siblings, Mike Phelps, Larry Phelps, Linda (Jim) Campbell, Annitta Phelps, and Beverly Lawrence; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one granddaughter.
