Delilah M. (Watson) Lewallen

LEWALLEN, Delilah M. (nee Watson) Age 94 of Loveland passed away August 7, 2021. She was born January 7, 1927, in Carthage, OH, the daughter of William and Luella (Wesley) Watson.  On August 2, 1945, Delilah married Roy Lewallen in Newport, KY and enjoyed 76 years of marriage.  She had a deep faith in her Savior and her family and will be missed by all who knew her. She leaves behind her loving husband Roy; daughter, Brenda (Laurel) Dick; siblings Evert Watson, Jim Watson, Deva Wilson, Joyce Wesley, and Marlene Abbott; grandmother of Lori (Michael) Smith; great-grandmother of 4: KatieBeth (Taylor) Bayko, Megan Smith, Hayden Smith and Delilah Smith; great-great-grandmother of Lyla Bako.  Delilah was preceded in death by her parents, her son Eddie Lewallen, grandson Scott Anthony Dick, brother Bennie Watson and sister Barthela Francis. Visitation will be 12 p.m. – until time of service (1:30 p.m.), Thursday, August 12 at Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd. Fairfield, OH   45014 with Michael Smith officiating.
