Dennis Creech
July 12, 1946 — January 7, 2009
Age 62, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at his home. Dennis was born July 12, 1946, the son of the late Arvel and Ann (Licursi) Creech. He married Sherrill LeLoup February 18, 1967 in Bedford Heights Ohio and served in the US Air Force from 1966 -1970.
Dennis loved boating, camping, hunting and fishing with his family, golfing with his family and buddies; and especially loved spending time with his eleven grandchildren who affectionately called him Pop-Pop.
He is survived by his wife, Sherri Creech; sons Dennis W. (Katja) Creech, Jr., Alexander L. (Charity) Creech, and Johnathan A. (Stefanie) Creech; grandchildren, Alex, Andrew, Johnathan, Kaitlyn, Witt, Madeleine, Meghan, Jula, Lauren, Morgan, Cale; and siblings Sandra (Jack) Floyd, Sharon (Lyle) Rigg, Douglas (Jan) Creech, Thomas (Martha) Creech.
A memorial service will be held 2:00pm, Saturday the 24th at Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church, 7127 Dutchland Parkway Liberty Township, OH 45044. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Creech Family Charitable Fund, to benefit pancreatic cancer research and programs for children in need, c/o The Community Foundation of West Chester, 5641 Union Center Dr West Chester, Ohio 45069.
