Derek, age 34, formerly of Fairfield passed away on March 8, 2017. He was born on December 16, 1982 in Cincinnati to Daryl and Susan (nee Melzer) Heimbold.
Derek is survived by his wife Helen (nee Flynn); children, Ryanne, Hailee, Genesis, Christian, and Gabriel; parents, Daryl and Susan; brothers, Kyle and Jason (Kristina) Heimbold; grandparents, John and Audrey Heimbold; and nephews, Jason Jr. and Lucas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and other friends. Derek is preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene Melzer and Georgia Gaddis.
Funeral services are private and at the convenience of the family.
