Age 62 passed away February 23, 2007 at his residence. He was born February 28, 1944 in Huntington, WVA, the son of Ervin and Violet (Adkins) Cloninger.
He is survived by his children, Don Cloninger and Helen Cloninger; step-son, Tim West; brother, Robert Cloninger; sister, Linda Bowling; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
